Our group classes are intentionally kept small (max 6) so you feel supported, seen and coached not lost in a crowd.
Sessions focus on:
• Strength & mobility
• Joint-friendly movements
• Confidence and consistency
• Feeling better in your body
There’s no pressure, no mirrors and no expectation to be “fit” before you start just a welcoming space to move, build strength and feel good.
Sessions are strength-based and adaptable to suit all levels.

I offer simple, realistic nutrition guidance to support your training, recovery and overall wellbeing. This is designed to help you:

No strict meal plans.

No extremes.
Just practical support that fits real life.
