MelonXwellness is a class where we teach a variety of Mobility & Stretching techniques. Also incorporated into each session are traditional Yoga and Pilate style exercises. Each session finishes off with gentle Thai Chi movements, Meditation, Relaxation and Mindfulness components. You will walk out of these specific sessions being free from tension, feeling refreshed and oh so very relaxed 'Mind, Body & Soul'.
